So tough a trail that we set requirements for participation
Tejn IF welcomes all ultratrailrunners to The Salomon Hammer Trail Bornholm. We are proud to announce it to be the hardest trailrun on Danish soil. Both the 50 miles & 100 miles ultramarathon counts as qualifying races for Ultra Trail Mont Blanc®(UTMB®).
If you are tough enough to finish the 50 miles race you get 2 points for UTMB® and if you are even tougher and finish the 100 miles race you get 3 points for UTMB®. The other races that provide qualifying points you can list by clicking here.

- Marathon, May 12th at 06:00 PM
- Halfmarathon, May 12th at 08:00 pm

All races start at the Shelters by the Hammer Lake.
Participation Limits All trailrunners that pass the qualification requirements can participate in the 50 or 100 miles race. Marathon and Halfmarathon has a limit of 60 participants in total.
Minimum age for participation
100 miles, 50 miles and Marathon: 18 years.
Halfmarathon: 16 years.
7 or 12K: No limitations
Qualification requirements for participation in 50 or 100 miles Trailrunners that within the last 3 years have completed at least one of the following can participate in the 50 or 100 miles race:
- 100K race in max 10H30M.
- Has run at least 150K in a hour race.
- Finishing an adventure race with a duration of at least 24 hours.
- Finishing an Iron Man
- Finishing another of the UTMB®-qualifying races.

Routes
100 miles, 6 loops where runners change direction after finishing one loop.
50 miles, 3 loops where runners change direction after finishing one loop.
Marathon, 2 loops where second loop is in opposite directione of the first.
Halfmarathon, 1 round

ATTENTION: All routes are all trail with a minimum of asphalt. For the 50/100 miles there will be 2000/4000 positive altitudemeteres, which is the reason why we set requirements for the participants. If the 100 miles runners do not finish within the timelimit but reach 50 miles within the timelimit then the runner will be given 2 points for the UTMB

Registration fees
100 miles, d.kr. 750 (after april 29h d.kr. 800), includes medal, diploma and maybe a beltbuckle if finishing in maximum 26 hours.
50 miles, d.kr. 650 (after april 29h d.kr. 700), includes medal, diploma and maybe a beltbuckle if finishing in maximum 14 hours.
Marathon, d.kr.500 (after april 29h d.kr. 550), includes medal and diploma.
Halfmarathon, d.kr.300 (after april 29h d.kr. 350), includes medal and diploma.
12K: d.kr. 165 (after april 29th no buff), includes medal and diploma.
7K: d.kr. 100 (after april 29th no buff), includes medal and diploma.
2 loops where second loop is in opposite directione of the first.

Aid stations During the race there will be two stations:
- Mainstation, at the Hammer Sea Lake: Water, soda, soup, energy drink, chocolate, crisps, cake, sandwiches, etc.
- Midstation, halfway at each round: Water, Coke, soup, energy drink

Timelimits and cutoffs
100 miles 1. round (10 k), 1½ hour 2. round (35 k) 5½ hour 3. round (60 k) 9 hour 4. round (85 k) 14½ hour 5. round (110 k) 19½ hour 6. round (135 k) 25 hour 7. round and (161k) 30 hour 50 miles 1. round (5 k) ½ hour 2. round (30 k) 5 hour 3. round (55 k) 9½ hour 4. Round (84k) 14 hour
Belt buckles are given to any runner who finishes the 100 miles under 26 hours and the 50 miles runners that finish under 10½ hour.
Timelimit for 100 miles is 30 hours and for 50 miles 14 hours.
Marathon
- Round (21,1K), 3½ hour
- Round (42,2K), 7 hour
Halfmarathon
- Round (21,1K), 3½ hour.
Race Management reserves the right during the race to stop runners who do not meet the above cutoff-times and exclusion is closed for discussion, as the time requirements must be meet for implementation of the race.
Awards Medals for all who complete within time limits. Special beltbuckle for all who completes 50 miles within 10½ hour or 100 miles within 26 hours.
