Start and Finnish

• 100 km around the Isle of Bornholm, starts from Tejn Harbour at 07.00 AM and Finnish at Tejn Harbour
• Marathon starts from Bodilsker School at 12.00 AM and Finnish at Tejn Harbour
• 4x25 km Relayrun around the Isle of Bornholm, starts from Tejn Harbour at 07.00 AM and Finnish at Tejn Harbour
• ½ marathon starts from Listed  02.30 PM and Finnish at Tejn Harbour

Timelimits

• 100 km around the Isle of Bornholm and 4x25 km Relayrun: 13 hours, and during the run the following Checkpoints has to be reached withing the timelimits of:
  - 40 km: 5 hours,
  - 60 km: 7½ hours,
  - 80 km: 11 hours,
  Runners who is not within these timelimits will be withdrawn from the race by the Racedirector.
• Marathon: 6 hours
• ½ marathon: 3 hours

Routes
The routes are measured and approved by the Danish Atlethic Federation (DAF). The 100 km is approved by IAU with a Bronzelabel.

Refreshment
Every 5 kilometers there will be: sponges, water, energydrinks, coke, salty chips, chocolate etc.
Own provisioning and changingclothes must be delievered well ahead the startingtime in waterproof plasticbags tagged with name and refreshingpoint.

Shower, transport and sleepoverpossibilities
It is possible to get a shower at Tejn Harbour. The shower costs 5 dkr.
For ½- and marathonrunners it is possible to be transported back to start after the race from Tejn Harbour to the startingplace if you latest a week before the race make and appointment with the Denne emailadresse er beskyttet mod programmer som samler emailadresser. Participation Fees

• 100 km around the Isle of Bornholm: Dkr 350 untill August the 1st and Dkr 450 after.
• Marathon: DKR 250 untill August the 1st og DKR 300 after.
• 4x25 km Relayrun: DKR 400 for each Team untill August the 1st and DKR 500 after.
• ½ marathon: DKR 150 untill August the 1st and DKR 200 after.

It is possible to make a late entry registration at the startplaces on raceday from 1 hour before the starttime and untill 15 minutes before each of the races starts.

You will first be on the participationlist when we have registrered your payment.
Startnumbers are personal and can't be assigned to others.

Trophy/Prices
Each finnisher receives a medal and the winners of Marathon and 100 km will be awarded.
